A 5 week introduction to mindfulness course - subtitled "learning how to stop". Do you feel over-loaded - that your mind is constantly busy, with no respite? This 5 week course will introduce you to the basic principles of mindfulness, including learning how to stop. The sessions will contain a variety of mindful meditations, helping you to tune in with the body and the breath, and learning how to bring focus to our often unfocused minds. The course is aimed at beginners, and people who are looking to come back to a mindful practice. It may be too basic for experienced practitioners - but if you are unsure, please do get in touch to ask whether it would be suitable for you.
