Come and join us for a fun holistic day of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Shamanic Journeying, Pilates, Mindfulness, and much more. Join taster classes and browse our holistic market place as well as buying delicious food from the Little Kitchen. Class Descriptions & Timetable

Children's Yoga - A fun class for kids aged 3+ incorporating story telling, Yoga postures & relaxation ( 10.15 - 10.45  LH)
Children's Mindfulness -Meditation, colouring & recognising emotions (11.00 - 11.30 HR)
Pilates -A class flowing though a series of exercises to create long, lean muscle tone, correct alignment, improve posture, and to cultivate the perfect balance between strength and flexibility. Build strength from the inside and look great on the outside. (11.00 - 11.30 LH)
Aromatic Yoga with Reiki - Combining 3 ancient healing systems to tap into a deeper level of balance and calm; working on every level of your being (11.45 - 12.15 LH)
Mindful Relaxation - This class will take you through a body scan meditation. It means being aware, from moment to moment, of your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations. It is the ultimate break for your body or mind (11.45 - 12.15 HR)
Shamanic Journeying - Shamanism - the earliest spiritual practice known to humankind; dating back tens of thousands of years. In this session you will learn how to journey to meet and communicate with your Power Animal (12.30 - 13.00 LH)
Inner Dance - A transformative internal journey through music & sound (13.15 - 13.45 LH)
Mindful Yoga - A slow-paced, gentle, calming practise with a mindful focus on the breath, body & mind (14.00-14.30 LH)
Mindful Drawing - Discover you inner artist with this relaxing and inspiring class. Relax, centre yourself then let your creative juices flow to some enchanting music. You definitely don't need to be Monet to enjoy this class (14.00 - 14.30 HR)
Yoga - A strong and mindful Hatha yoga class. Specially crafted for busy bodies and busy minds. Stretch, untangle and relax yourself in a beautiful and traditional yoga class (14.45 -15:15 LH)
Essential Oil Class - Come along and learn how to use essential oils to : become toxic free & rid harmful chemicals from your home, promote wellness and support your emotions (14:45 -15.15 HR)
Yoga Nidra - "Yogic Sleep" - a deeply replenishing relaxation (15.30 - 16.00 LH)
