Multidisciplinary Supervision Skills
In order to deliver the new models of care that will provide patients and service users with the responsive and meaningful care they require, we all need a greater understanding of the broader system within which care is delivered and received.
One way to achieve this is to share time with each other, learning together to care together.
We are holding a half-day workshop on 27th June in Harold Hill, bringing together professionals from across general practice, pharmacy, mental health, community care, social work and acute settings.
The focus of the training will be supervision skills for working in and across organisational boundaries.
This exciting and fully facilitated inter-professional learning event will be an opportunity to explore what different professionals understand by supervision, and what skills we all need in order to support people within our profession and colleagues from other professions.
